Hardtop Smart Pack
Modified acrylic topcoat with a convenient 1:1 mixing ratio for easy, efficient use. Formulated for brush and roller application with a glossy finish and good gloss retention. Direct-to-metal properties eliminate the need for a primer in certain applications. Isocyanate-free — no di-isocyanates generated during hot work, welding, or fires. Ideal for maintenance and touch-up over epoxy primers.

One-component acrylic hydrolysing antifouling based on ion exchange technology. Self-polishing characteristics provide good fouling protection and reduce hull deterioration. Suitable for newbuilding and drydocking on vessels trading at a wide range of speed and high activity. Service periods up to 36 months. Can be applied at sub-zero surface temperatures.

Inorganic Zinc Silicate Primer
Resist 86
High-volume solids inorganic zinc ethyl silicate primer with 85% zinc dust for severe corrosive environments. Provides very good corrosion protection in atmospheric conditions and is heat resistant up to 540°C. Fast dry-to-recoat and dry-to-handle. NORSOK M-501 pre-qualified. Complies with ASTM D520 type II zinc dust.

Two-component polyamine-cured phenolic/novolac epoxy tank lining with excellent chemical resistance. Specially designed for internal lining of offshore, onshore, and buried tanks and pipes — including chemical storage, waste water, grey water, process water, concrete bund, fire service lines, and drilling mud tanks. Very good resistance to high temperature products. Can be used in pressure vessels. IMO PSPC approved for crude oil tanks.

Two-component solvent-free epoxy tank lining with good chemical resistance. Suitable for potable water, grey water, and crude oil tanks. Approved to AS/NZS 4020 for contact with drinking water. Can be used as primer, midcoat, or finish coat in atmospheric and immersed environments. For onshore, offshore, buried tanks, and pipes. Contributes to LEED and BREEAM credits.
Polysiloxane Coating
Hardtop Optima
Premium polysiloxane topcoat with outstanding durability and excellent colour and gloss retention. Isocyanate-free — does not generate di-isocyanates at elevated temperatures. High volume solids with lower VOC than traditional polyurethanes. Excellent abrasion and chemical resistance. NORSOK M-501 pre-qualified. Contributes to LEED and BREEAM green building credits. Made to order.

Hardtop XP
All-round polyurethane topcoat with good durability and excellent application properties for both marine and protective structures. Optimised rheology and flow for airless spray, also suitable for brush and roller. Durable finish with good colour and gloss retention. MCI tintable.

Hardtop AX
Polyurethane topcoat with a robust finish, very good colour and gloss retention, and low VOC. Strong mechanical properties with very good chemical resistance and low dirt pick-up. High sag resistance, minimal spray dust, and cures at low temperatures. Excellent application by airless spray, brush, and roller. For topsides, decks, superstructures, offshore, refineries, power plants, bridges, and buildings. MCI tintable. APAS approved. IMO Low Flame Spread certified.

Hardtop Flexi
Highly flexible and impact-resistant polyurethane topcoat with direct-to-metal properties. Withstands torsional stress and mechanical impact. Can be used as a one-coat direct-to-metal system in C2/C3 corrosivity classes with anticorrosive pigments. High volume solids with good sag resistance and flow for high film build. MCI tintable. FDA compliant for dry food contact. IMO Low Flame Spread certified.
Single Pack
Pioner Topcoat
One-component acrylic topcoat with a semi-gloss finish. Physically drying — fast drying with good colour and gloss retention. Single pack simplifies application with limited waste. MCI tintable. For use as topcoat in atmospheric environments.

One-component, fast-drying vinyl coating for use as primer or midcoat in atmospheric and immersed environments. Primarily used as tie coat for antifouling systems on topsides, decks, and superstructures. Single pack — no mixing required. IMO Low Flame Spread certified.

High-solids epoxy primer with 80% zinc dust for severe corrosive environments. Excellent corrosion protection as part of a complete coating system where extended durability is required. For atmospheric environments up to C5 VH (ISO 12944-2). Suitable for repair of inorganic zinc silicate coatings and damaged galvanised steel. NORSOK M-501 pre-qualified. Complies with ASTM D520 type II zinc dust.
