Jotamastic 90 ALU/RT

High-solids, high-build, fast-curing two-component epoxy primer pigmented with zinc phosphate. Designed for reliable anti-corrosion performance in atmospheric environments. Optimised for new construction with fast dry-to-recoat and dry-to-handle times. Low temperature application possible. Part of the Penguard range — over 650 million litres sold globally since the 1980s.

Fast-drying, high-build epoxy coating reinforced with micaceous iron oxide (MIO) for increased barrier effect. Can be used as primer, midcoat, finish coat, or single-coat system in atmospheric conditions. Suitable up to C5 corrosivity. Fast dry-to-recoat and dry-to-handle. Can be applied at sub-zero surface temperatures.

Surface-tolerant, abrasion-resistant epoxy mastic primer for maintenance and repair where optimum surface preparation is not possible. Provides long-lasting protection in high corrosivity environments. Can be used as primer, midcoat, finish coat, or single-coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments. MCI tintable in a wide range of colours. Sub-zero application capable. NORSOK M-501, LEED, and BREEAM certified.
